Katrina ran over New Orleans pretty badly, and now the entire city's gone into chaos. I just wish it would get better over there, but it's not going to happen for a while. >_<

Pulled this one out from my laptop not too long ago.

I used Apophysis and Photoshop Elements. Apophysis for creating the fractal frame and photoshop for enhancement. Glad you asked. ^_^
